RMA utilizes the latest survey grade GPS from Trimble to record all irrigation components, including but not limited to sprinklers, valves, electrical boxes, drain catch basins; green, tee, sand and fairway outlines.  All recorded points are downloaded into AutoCAD and are used to produce a very accurate As-Built map.  Our final As-Builts include a dimension plan where we give triangulated dimensions to the nearest foot to all valve boxes from adjacent sprinklers.  This aids the golf course superintendent in locating any missing valves in the future.
